The Copperfield Room endorses two on-site food service providers for all catering needs. No person, group, or organization will be permitted to bring their own food (such as covered dish meals) when using the facility for any type of function. Outside caterers are also not permitted to provide food service needs for any events held in The Copperfield Room. |

The Owner and Executive Chef, David Hargis has over 12 years of experience in the culinary and catering fields. He has served many people in his years of catering including the former President Jimmy Carter. At The Copperfield Room, he has provided catering services to groups ranging in size from 10 up to 400 for a variety of types of functions. Magnolia's Catering, Inc. continues to provide our guests with outstanding menus that can be customized and are budget friendly. Originally founded in 1981 in Whiteville, NC as Doughgirls Catering, Kristen Rodgers franchised the business to Kannapolis and the surrounding areas in 1998. She has served many people in our area including Hendrick Motorsports Wednesday Bible Study, Dole Food, Castle & Cooke, the North Carolina Research Campus, the Jeff Gordon and Terry Labonte fan clubs, the City of Kannapolis and the Kannapolis City Schools. Rodgers Catering, Inc. is well known for delicious food, attention to detail, and unique table presentations. |
